Booking & Payment

All tours must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes and fees.

All tours are private, meaning your group will not be combined with others.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before your tour: Full refund
  • Less than 48 hours: Non-refundable
  • No-shows: Non-refundable

Cancellations must be made via email or through your booking platform.

If Emountain Bike Tour Maui cancels due to weather or safety conditions, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Weather & Safety

Tours operate in most conditions; however, safety always comes first. We may modify or cancel a tour due to weather, trail conditions, or other safety concerns.

Please note: itinerary adjustments made for safety reasons are not refundable.

Participant Requirements

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, guests must:

  • Be comfortable riding a bicycle
  • Be in suitable physical condition for a moderate outdoor activity
  • Follow all guide instructions

Additional requirements:

  • Minimum age: 12 years old (unless otherwise approved)
  • Closed-toe shoes required
  • Helmets must be worn at all times
  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Activity Level

This is an active outdoor experience. While our electric bikes assist with climbing, riders should expect moderate physical effort on gravel and uneven terrain.

Our guides will adapt the route to your level, but guests are responsible for choosing an experience that matches their comfort and ability.

Pickup & Timing

Guests must be ready on time at the agreed pickup location.

Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time or cancellation without refund.

Equipment Responsibility

We provide premium e-bikes and safety gear. Guests are expected to use all equipment responsibly.

Damage caused by misuse or negligence may be charged accordingly.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

E-mountain biking involves inherent risks, including falls, uneven terrain, and changing conditions.

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to the tour and agree to participate at their own risk.

Emountain Bike Tour Maui is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings, except where required by law.

Photography

We may take photos or videos during the experience for marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in any content, simply let us know before the tour.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including weather events, road closures, or government restrictions.

Agreement

By booking a tour, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
